Rosemarie Doshier began her real estate career on The Outer Banks in 1987. Starting the Doshier Team with her daughter Stephanie over 20 years ago allowed her team to dominate the real estate market on the Outer Banks. She has previously been a Broker-In-Charge and Sales Manager, but now concentrates on buyers and sellers, letting her daughter, Stephanie manage the team. Rosemarie has always been very active in her local and state association. She has served twice as President of the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS, Regional VP for the North Carolina State Association of REALTORS, President and RVP for the NC Women’s Council of REALTORS and President of the NC Certified Residential Specialist. She continues to serve these associations in different aspects. She has also been very active in the Legislative arena on issues affecting changes in the real estate market and property rights. She was REALTOR of the Year and received the Lifetime Achievement Award for the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS. She has also won countless sales awards and community awards for both her real estate work and service to our community. Rosemarie and The Doshier Team cover the entire Outer Banks from the 4×4 area. Rosemarie and her husband of 53 years, Steve, have lived in Dare County since 1973.
